Terms of Service
1. What SastaTrade is
SastaTrade is a classifieds platform that lets users post and browse listings for items, housing, jobs and services. We are a venue for connecting buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any transaction between users.
2. Your listings
You're responsible for what you post. Listings are reviewed before publishing, but review doesn't guarantee accuracy — you're expected to post honestly and only list things you have the right to sell or offer.
3. Verification
We require phone verification before you can post, to reduce fake and spam accounts. Your phone number is stored and may be shown to you for your own reference, but is not published publicly — buyers contact you via the WhatsApp number you provide on your listing.
4. Prohibited content
No illegal items, scams, fraudulent listings, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any listing or account that violates these terms.
5. No liability for transactions
Transactions happen directly between users, outside this platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, or for disputes between buyers and sellers.
